Cancer can ruin so many things, but for many people being treated, the financial burdens are hindering their ability to pay monthly bills. Imagine this scenario: you have to take time off of work each week to receive chemotherapy and within a few days you are so weak that you can barely walk, much less go to back to work.
Most cancer patients have huge medical bills to pay, plus the mortgage or rent, insurance, electric, water, and food, so how are they possibly expected to pay all the bills? Creditors don't care that they are sick...but we do! Shirley's Way is here to help people and families in their time of need, but we can't do it alone.
